Come experience the joy of pouring your heart into 25 of the most beautiful children you’ll ever meet!

These are our Mercy Tribe kids in the amazing village of Vallaru, India—where the love of Jesus is changing lives (including yours)! 🌍💖

This is a women’s missions trip to Vizag, India focused on outreach and loving our kids!

Mercy Tribe is now home to 25 children in India, and this trip is centered entirely around them! As we travel to Vizag, our itinerary will be about them! These are our kids we built a home for, send to school, pray for, and know by name! These are our kids, and we’re going to go be with them!

Throughout the trip, we will serve through children’s outreach and VBS, visiting leprosy colonies, street evangelism, and prayer — all with the heart of loving on people!

This trip is for women who are ready to step out of their comfort zone (and into the humidity), and see firsthand the impact being made overseas! I promise this will change your life, as it did mine, and is an oppurtunity you won’t want to miss!

  • The team will arrive in Visakhapatnam, India on April 10. Due to international travel time and time zone changes, most participants will need to depart the U.S. on April 8, as the journey typically takes about a full day and results in the loss of a calendar day.

    The team will depart from Visakhapatnam on April 18 to return home.

  • The total trip cost is $1,500 (land cost only). This covers lodging, meals while in country, local transportation, and all ministry and outreach expenses.

    Airfare is not included. All participants are responsible for booking their own flights. A recommended flight itinerary will be provided to accepted applicants to ensure coordinated travel.

    No deposit is required at the time of application. Once an applicant is accepted, payment details and deadlines will be provided, with the full trip balance due prior to departure.

  • No. International airfare is not included in the trip cost. Mercy Tribe will provide a recommended flight itinerary, but each participant is responsible for booking and paying for their own flight.

  • Please allow 7–10 days for your application to be reviewed. Each application is prayerfully considered, and our team will take time to discern alignment, readiness, and fit for this trip. If we have any follow-up questions, we will reach out to you directly during the review process.

  • Outreach will include:

    • VBS and children’s ministry

    • Visiting leprosy colonies

    • Street evangelism

    • Prayer and relational ministry

    This trip is deeply focused on loving our kids at the Mercy Tribe Home!

  • This is a ladies-only trip for women who feel called to outreach, missions, and hands-on ministry!

  • Yes. A valid passport is required to travel to India. Visa requirements and instructions will be provided after acceptance. Passport and visa fees are not included in the trip cost.

  • Yes. Trip pricing is based on double occupancy, with two people per room.

Submitting this application does not require a deposit.

If you are accepted, a $500 refundable deposit is required within 7 days of acceptance to secure your spot and will be applied toward the $1,500 total trip cost. The remaining $1,000 balance is due by March 15.

After you apply, you will receive follow-up emails with all next steps, including the full itinerary, recommended flights (airfare not included), required Zoom calls, and all additional trip details and preparation information.
